# Safeclose: Chattel Document Management for Organizations

> Safeclose is a B2B2C platform for chattel document management, guided compliance signing, and RCM outreach. Learn who uses it and how the pieces fit together.

Safeclose is a document management and compliance platform for organizations that work with movable collateral. You register chattel records — liens, UCC filings, vehicle titles, equipment schedules, leases, and more — attach loan details, run guided signing workflows for your borrowers and team members, and launch compliant outreach when a loan falls behind schedule. Every action is tied to a defensible audit trail.

## Who uses Safeclose

Safeclose is designed for two kinds of users who work together on every deal.

**Organizations (admins and managers)** — Your team registers chattel documents, builds signing packages, manages flow templates, and monitors the signing queue across locations. Admins have elevated visibility across the entire organization; managers are scoped to the locations and companies they belong to.

**Signers** — Borrowers or counterparties who receive a signing package. They access their assigned documents through the signing hub, complete a guided walkthrough, and submit their e-signature. Signers only see packages assigned to them.

<Note>
  A single Safeclose account can hold multiple roles. A user who is both a manager and a signer sees both the management hub and their personal signer queue.
</Note>

## How the pieces fit together

1. An admin or manager **registers a chattel document** and optionally attaches a loan.
2. A manager **creates a signing package** at a location, selects a flow template, and the package enters the queue.
3. **Signers** receive their assignment, work through the AI-guided walkthrough, and e-sign their documents.
4. If a loan falls behind, an admin or manager **launches an RCM campaign** to contact the borrower with a configured tone and channel mix.
5. Every step — campaign starts, opt-outs, e-signatures — is appended to the **audit trail** automatically.
